In May 2023 S.Au.S. moved a larger space which houses its administration office as well as a day center for adults with autism. Many of our preexisting programs are now held in this space as well.
Our day activities for adults with autism are designed with the mental health of both the participants and their families in mind.
The introduction of programming for people 21 years of age and older. In collaboration with ACCESS Brossard and the Riverside School Board.
Creation of Teen Club.
Opening of our summer camp, Camp Oasis, for teens ages 13 to 21 who have severe autism.
Obtained charitable status from the Canada Revenue Agency.
Opening of our official office in Candiac.
Introduction of the dance program.
Hosting of the first Gala-Fundraiser, which became our second source of funding.
Registration as a non-profit organization.
Introduction of the soccer program.
The second edition of the Autism Awareness Run, which became our main source of funding.
Creation of Free-Play, Free-Swim, and Music Therapy programs.
Organization of the first Autism Awareness Run to bring awareness to the cause.
