Camp Oasis

This summer, 2024 CAMP OASIS will celebrate its 9th anniversary!

This 7-week camp is designed exclusively for teenagers with moderate to severe autism, between the ages of 13 and 21. We have created a special place where campers can be themselves, in a safe environment surrounded by experienced staff.

Our monitors have diverse experience working with individuals with autism. The child/teacher ratio is 2 to 1 ensuring that every teen gets the attention they need when engaging in daily activities such as art, dance, science, cooking, music, and swimming.

Our camp helps teens increase communication capabilities and social skills along with important life-skills such as setting the table and washing dishes.

There are also weekly excursions. Common outings include, hiking on Mont Saint-Bruno, swimming at the beach in Ste-Catherine, or grocery shopping. These outings provide the opportunity to interact with the community at large.

A camp experience can improve confidence, increase self-esteem and establish friendships that can extend beyond the summer months.
